Introduction

Our multi-layer cast film line, we use co-extrusion system to optimize film performance for hygiene, medical & packaging application. The advantages of co extrusion are versatile: to improve film tensile force; to improve heat saleability and printability; to reduce cost by using different types of Resins; to produce two-colour film using different colour Masterbatches.

Application

The Multi-layer co extrusion process is used to produce hygiene films, CPP films, stretch films, cling films, masking films, agricultural films, medical films and barrier films.

The Central Impression Flexographic Printing press is used to print PE Films, Cellophane, CPP, BOPP, BOPET, Paper and other substrates.

Introduction

We have two slitting machines with width of 1.3 & 2.1 Meter. Both slitting machines are high speed duplex slitter re-winder machine with semi automated change over cycle.

Application

To slit hygiene films, CPP films, stretch films, cling films, masking films, agricultural films, medical films, barrier films from 12 to 150 GSM range. Width is 40 to 2000 mm.
